StypersonPOPE is owned and run by Simon Webber.
Simon Webber – BA BSc MA MIoD
Simon is approved by the Financial Services Authority as a Compliance Officer, Money Laundering Reporting Officer, & Director, and by HMRC as a Nominated Officer. As well as running StypersonPOPE, he serves on the Boards of several international corporate finance and fund management firms.
International & Corporate Governance Experience
Simon’s experience includes working with clients from Austria to Australia, Ireland to the Cayman Islands, as well as businesses with operations in China, Singapore, Greece, France, Liechtenstein, Germany and Belgium.
He has previously been a Director of companies as diverse as an engineering business and a Non-Executive Director placement agency, which gave him considerable experience of Corporate Governance.
He holds two undergraduate degrees with honours and a masters degree in International Relations. He is a founder member of a regional committee for the Institute of Directors and is proud to be a Director of a charity giving £6m per year to community projects.
